Some mattresses are available to ship to all provinces in Canada. These mattresses are shipped between 3-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Once the mattress has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. These mattresses are roll packed and compressed for easy delivery and handling.

Mattresses ship from Toronto, Ontario to all provinces in Canada. Once the mattress has shipped (3-6 days from order date), the estimated delivery times with FedEx courier are as follows:

UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Carefully cut the box with a pair of scissors, and pull the mattress out.
2. Carefully place the mattress on top of your bed while it is still rolled up. Use the scissors to cautiously cut the outer plastic cover.
3. Unroll the mattress and use your scissors again to carefully cut the inner cover, which is vacuum sealed to prevent the mattress from expanding during shipping.
4. The mattress will start to expand. Expansion time may depend on the particular memory foam that a manufacturer uses. Give your mattress anywhere from 5-24 hours to fully expand.
